What is Group Training?
Is it just a fitness class?
No, it definitely isn't.
Group Training is a game changer for a lot of people. It's a hybrid training approach that unites the precision and accountability of Personal Training with the cost effectiveness and community spirit of a group fitness class.
Training is focused on getting you the body composition that you want and to set you up for long-term success.
We aim to do three things:
- Get leaner
While everybody will have different start points and targets, we're all looking to feel a little more comfortable and confident in our own skin.
- Build muscle where you want it most
That could mean a showstopping bum or an impressive set of guns. Muscle is your friend, don't be afraid of it.
- Educate
No more feeling stupid in the gym. Get clued up on the 'ins & outs' of exercise and nutrition. Gain control over your behaviours and make sustainable changes that last a lifetime.
Payments taken via weekly Direct Debit
Agreements can be frozen/cancelled with 2 weeks notice
No payment will be taken until w/c your designated start date
